After your free Intro Call, reserve your child's spot with a mentor and start your payment plan by purchasing a meeting credit for any program. Billing will follow weekly or bi-weekly based on your chosen package, and meeting credits can be used at your convenience!

How do the payments work?
Our system bills on a weekly basis at the rate of one call per week by default (similar to a payment plan), but the meeting credits accumulate. If you need to take a week off, you can use that week’s credit at a later date! The credits don’t expire.
How often does my student meet with their mentor?
Weekly meetings are recommended, but athletes can meet every other week if you’d like!
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to end your program early, you would only owe 1/2 of the price of the unused sessions in the program you purchase. So if you purchased a 16 session program, met 10 times, and canceled the last 6, you would only be responsible for 3 of the 6 remaining sessions.
Do the athletes get paid?
Yes! The athletes are paid for every call they have.
Does the program auto-renew?
Nope! We’ll reach out near the end of your package to give you the option to continue, but we won’t auto-renew any of our programs.
How long do I have to purchase a program after the intro call?
We can guarantee the athlete for 7 days after the intro call. After that, they will be allowed to move on to other students.
Will I get to continue with the athlete I had an intro call with?
Yes!
What happens after I purchase a program?
Our Mentorship Coordinator will be in touch within 24 hours with next steps. You’ll be able to schedule meetings as soon as the mentor is available, or wait until you are ready to kick things off!
