Our Program

Athletic Mentorship:
It's different when its not from Mom or Dad

Through weekly or biweekly mentorship sessions, our athletes meet with your child to tackle their roadblocks. From the perspective of someone that’s been in their shoes and can speak to their challenges, our mentors are able to help your child see what they need to achieve their dreams.

Real families are seeing real results

Get Started
Maya has played a crucial role in Audrey's athletic growth. In a short period, she has formed a bond with Audrey that I couldn't achieve. Training is about more than physical exercises; it has a mental aspect, too. Maya has helped create a connection with Audrey, offering understanding and support that her parents and siblings can't provide.
High School Soccer Mother
I have watched my son start to eat better, work harder, increase his strike percentage, gain confidence at the plate, and be just an overall better athlete and kid since he started with Athlete to Athlete. Gavin has made a huge, positive impact on my son! He’s Caleb’s go-to for everything!! Gavin is the GOAT!!
Middle School Baseball Mother
My daughter has been talking to Anisa for two months now and the experience has been amazing!! She has been setting goals weekly and her confidence and drive has skyrocketed!! She looks forward to her weekly calls and as parents we are impressed with her positive change.

Building Confidence & Motivation

By sharing their own journey and achievements, your child’s Division 1 college athlete Mentor will inspire your athlete to believe in their own potential. Whether that be athletically or academically, your child’s Mentor will see in them what they might not see in themselves. With a constant source of inspiration and motivation, your athlete will learn to channel any nervous energy and self-doubt into positive, performance-enhancing focus.

Goal Setting & Accountability

Working with a Division 1 athlete mentor will provide your athlete with a firsthand example of dedication and perseverance. Their mentor can guide them through the process of breaking down long-term goals into manageable, incremental steps. Their direct experiences with balancing academics, training, and competition will teach invaluable lessons in time management and priority setting. With their mentor’s support, your athlete will have the insight and direction they need to achieve their goals.

Film Review & Technique Improvement

By breaking down game footage and working through drills, our mentors are able to offer refined, sport-specific tips and practices taught at Division 1 athletic programs across the country. This personalized guidance from our athletes helps correct mistakes efficiently and improve gameplay IQ. With that, your child is empowered by the best at their game by learning from a master of the sport.

Handling failure, injuries, and setbacks

Your child’s mentor will have navigated the highs and lows of competing at a high level. By sharing their own experiences with overcoming challenges, they’ll provide relatable examples of how they overcame failure, setbacks, and frustration that your child goes through. Their mentor can help them see failures as learning opportunities rather than roadblocks, while instilling a positive mindset focused on growth and improvement.

Rest & Recovery Routines

Our mentors know that effective rest and recovery routines are key to sustaining top performance. They can provide your athlete with detailed recovery advice, including sleep strategies, nutrition advice, and active recovery exercises. This comprehensive knowledge from a seasoned athlete ensures that your child can learn the importance of recovery and effectively implement best practices into their training to heal quicker, enhance their overall health, and perform better.

College Level Drills & Exercises

With firsthand experience with the depth and breadth of college training programs, our mentors are uniquely equipped to up-level your child’s training. Through personalized instruction, young athletes gain access to advanced techniques that elevate their game. These drills are specifically designed to improve strength, agility, and overall performance. This advanced preparation helps athletes stand out and succeed when they transition to higher levels of competition.

Mental Approach & Mindset Training

Your athlete’s mentor is there for them to provide valuable insights into the mental aspect of competitive sports. Techniques like visualization and mindfulness are taught to remove mental blocks and build their confidence. With that, they’ll have access to proven methods for maintaining focus, handling pressure, and staying motivated. By adopting their mentor’s approaches, your child can develop a strong, focused mindset that drives continual improvement.

Social & Emotional Support

Your child’s mentor will be there to help them manage relationships with teammates, classmates, and coaches, ensuring they handle social and emotional pressures of being a young student athlete with grace. With that, they’ll have the foundation they need to foster healthy relationships and effective communication within teams to make them a better student, competitor, and teammate.
